Beginner Friendly and Super Cheap
I tried to make a video on building a raised garden bed that cuts straight to the point and shows you how a DIYer can build one. It's cheap, easy and requires little to no tools!
I also have plans if you want it to be even easier to build!

This looks great, but I wouldn't dare with my wall as my TV is sitting on a chimney breast that has been blocked in (UK 1920s build).
thanks for the tip. Good information here.
What kind of wood ?
My toxic trait is thinking I can do this without any tool handling experience whatsoever
Bro got the nail gun from mw3
Super easy if your wall is made of recycled paper ¬¬
Great and simple video Thanks Thump up
Seems super easy ngl
Aiden, you are full of Sh!t for real
I'm going to use 2x4s because I can get them for free from work lol
Do you have any information like a parts list and total cost?
Very nice! I just fast forwarded to the end and the result is awesome
Nice work! As a person who cut off the tip of his thumb doing custom woodwork, I wont chastise you for your lack of safety with a table saw. You do you. Just remember that's not a tile saw blade.
It turned out very nice! Did you use vinyl or laminate adhesive paper? Also, waterbase or oil base paint, you didn't say?...I think to limit the building time, a pocket hole jig would have been the easiest and less time-consuming way to go. No glue is needed as well. But to each their own. I really liked the way yours turned out! Two thumbs up 👍👍,👏👊.
My man just wants to lose a finger!
What is the length of the floor opening?
This is great! I'm not sure if you'll see this being it's a two year old video, but where do you order your cornhole decals from?
I'm with you on the quarter round. Not a fan of the look for flooring. Also not a fan of floor gaps either. Caulk those gaps or use quarter round is the way I ultimately see it.
i am sorry, plywood + screws to the wall... how much weight can it hold? how can i know? honestly to me it feels a bit scary,
What did you use for sound bar mount
There's no such thing as 2x3's 😂
I guarantee you they’re locally available for you to purchase at a home improvement store. Assuming you live in the US
Great ideas!
The bed was a 1000 dollars off? How expensive was it even? I never paid more than 350 for a bed. Anyway nice work on the slats!
Nice video, but none of this works if you have actual walls instead of glorified curtains.
Xterra 💪
Great video, good comedic aspects but straight to the point aswell
As an electrician I can confirm this is accurate
Material untreated? Hmmm!
I treated it myself!
It's very clear that you did your research Clayton! I can't wait to see what you all grow!
Treated with…
What about houses with real walls 😭
350 swift or so?
my walls are not made of paper 😒
Subscribed to your channel. Incredibly helpful. Thank you for linking helpful tools. Keep doing that please. Not a lot of channels I've viewed does that little extra effort. Cheers!
❤❤❤
1:35 step one: have walls made of IKEA furniture
where's the refrigerator?
Thank you, this is exactly like my situation
I just painted the wall black to match the (black) color of the cords. I'll paint it back to original before I move to another place.
anjrit dinding orang orang US kayak mainan. bisa digergaji. wkwkwkw
Why do you need hardwood for face plates if it’s being painted?
What wood filler did you use?
Its not wrong to be meticulous with your work
But this will create a headaches if I ever want to change my floors!
While this is a nice look, it definitely convinces me how much the aesthetics isn't worth it. Need to disconnect the cable and connect it to something else (a laptop parhaps)? Good luck getting it. Want your console to sit somewhere else? The cable is through the wall, good luck with that. And with a hole in the wall, you open up the possibility of pests getting into your walls. Really ain't liking it.
How much for the material?
So where’s your power cable if you didn’t run it through the wall?
Would’ve just flipped it over and used the other side 🤔
We don’t use fake walls in Mexico, mostly concrete so, can’t use that hack 🤷🏻♂️.
Where did you put the power cords since its dangerous to run them through the wall?
Where can one get a fish tape like the one you show in this video? I need to add a 4K hdmi to my parents TV and don’t have anything to help fish the cord up to the TV.
One thing I like to do with cabinets is finish the insides with a clear polyurethane. It holds up much better than painting the insides and looks very professional in my opinion.
😐 2:25 using 2” construction screws on 2x4 boards 🤔🤭 No 3” decking screws on hand?
I mention that in the video! Watch it all the way through
